Created to inspire and engage whether physically or digitally, Eye of the Collector is a space for discovery and rediscovery where collectors have the opportunity to acquire extraordinary artworks from all periods in an elegant, personable environment.
The inaugural physical edition of Eye of the Collector will be staged from 8-11 September 2021 at Two Temple Place, a historical mansion of architectural importance on the banks of the river Thames. Commissioned in 1892 by American businessman and philanthropist William Waldorf Astor, today Two Temple Place is owned and run by The Bulldog Trust which was founded in 1983 to act as a catalyst for charitable initiatives.
Two Temple Place's grand interior architecture will be transformed with the finest art, design and sculpture, creating a sumptuous and visually stunning environment. Selected artworks will be displayed across a series of stunning historic rooms offering a progressive and alternative art experience. Pieces will be mixed across categories highlighting thought-provoking dialogues, lines of influence, and aesthetic combinations.
